New here? Welcome to a soft place to land.

This page is a gentle guide to help you find your footing in the Trauma Mama Rising world.

Our Philosophy

We view trauma not as a life sentence, but as a lens through which we learn to navigate motherhood with deep compassion. There is no such thing as a perfect mother, only a learning mother who prioritizes her nervous system's safety and finds strength in community.

Healing happens in the small, intentional steps we take every day to ground ourselves and repair with our children. You are not alone, and you don't have to carry it all perfectly.

Find Your Path

If you’re in crisis...

When your body reacts before your values can catch up, you need immediate safety. Find simple grounding tools to help your nervous system land softly in the present moment.

If you’re starting to understand...

Realizing your overwhelm has deeper roots is the beginning of everything. You are not broken. Read how other mothers have navigated this same realization and found their way back to themselves.

If you’re ready to break cycles...

Healing is about actively creating a safer future for you and your children. Connect with a community of cycle-breakers and find concrete steps to keep moving forward intentionally.

I am ready to break cycles intentionally.

For the mother who knows that healing is not only about surviving the past, but actively creating something safer for herself and her children. You've done some of the work. Now you want more community, tools, and somewhere to go that keeps you moving forward.
